You've identified a problem with the hand, which is great. A lot of people don't see what they are doing wrong, and getting better as an artist is not about knowing how great you are, it's about knowing how bad you are and then working hard to change it. This comes from seeing clearly and without attachment to your work.

It appears as though it is too small because there is no definite fold in the palm, fingers look shorter (which is correct thing to do as they are going forward), but it's not obvious the fingers are going towards the viewer (because you haven't closed off the finger tips). if you are having the fingers towards the viewer you wouldn't see as much as what you are seeing so much underneath the first points of the finger, would her palm be more bent in half? would there be folds in the glove? How would those folds form? would the finger tips appear more like circular shapes? would the tips be slightly larger because they are nearer the viewer?

The best thing is to look at your own hand doing the same thing and just draw what you see as if it were a flat object. You don't need to think when you're drawing from life reference :) I do this when I get stuck as well.

It's best initially to study and draw anatomy like a scientist, once you have the basics you can draw anything. I mean drawing the body from different angles. It takes a lot of practice, but once it's hardwired into your brain, you can draw it like an automatic response. And really look how it is in reality, don't over think.

and not only anatomy, study fabrics, how they fall on the body, how does gravity affect everything on the body. How do light and shadows form on different types of bodies, objects. chiaroscuro.

There is no magic to drawing. It's just practice and learning the basics, once you know the basics you can do whatever you want.

aside from that the body is pretty good. Another thing worth mentioning is the golden ratio. If you start drawing within that, everything will be in proportion. All of nature goes by this measurement. Check out what it is if you don't know.
